Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or Sales Account Manager
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with project management tools
- A positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a desire to learn
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of spoken and written English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Focus on long-term, high-quality outcomes
- Ability to advocate for the company’s interests and communicate effectively with partners
- Understanding of sales psychology and IT/DevOps basics
- Confidence in working with sales metrics and financial indicators
- Experience working with CRM systems
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing clients
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
- Closely collaborate with current clients to expand cooperation and boost revenue
- Ensure timely delivery of solutions aligned with client needs and goals
- Achieve set KPIs and contribute to increasing company ROI
- Conduct QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) and regular client meetings to present services, resolve issues, and strengthen partnerships
- Handle complex client requests, resolve disputes, and provide high-level support
- Prepare monthly account reports and work with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing
