Required Skills and Experience
- Experience in a similar position of 1+ year;
- At least 4 years of experience in US/EU/UK markets;
- Understanding and experience with unit economics;
- Deep understanding of the full sales cycle, negotiation techniques and market dynamics;
- Deep understanding of how outsource/outstaff models work;
- Experience with financial metrics (PnL / net profit, gross margin );
- English level Advanced C1 or higher;
- Advanced CRM experience;
- Understanding of modern development tools;
- Ability to articulate complex ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels;
- Experience closing deals of $50k or more;
- Sales channels experience (Linkedin, Upwork, email);
Will be plus:
Understanding of DevOps and Cloud technologies;
Responsibilities
- Develop sales department vision;
- Manage and motivate the sales department;
- Manage daily operations related to sales processes;
- Track key sales and financial indicators and analyze them;
- Create reports on team results and achievements;
- Help nurture and grow key accounts;
- Build effective relationships with other departments;
- Work with Marketing to define the necessary materials (presentations, docs, cases) on the customer journey.
