Marketing Lead

IT Svit, one of the leaders of Ukrainian IT outsourcing market is looking for an open-minded and ambitious person with organizational skills to fill the position of Marketing Lead to help the team further expand our presence on the market.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in PR and/or Communications at the global market (preferably in IT industry);
  • Experience of team supervision of 3+ subordinates;
  • Experience in creation and implementation of effective strategic digital and social marketing communication plans;
  • Fluency in web analytics, A/B testing, ability to provide clear reports on campaigns’ performance;
  • At least basic SEO knowledge;
  • Effective collaboration and negotiation skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills;
  • English level – Upper-Intermediate.

Would be a plus:

  • Strong problem-solving, decision making and organizational skills;
  • Highly detail-oriented, able to perform multiple tasks efficiently;
  • Self-starter and ability to work in a fast-paced and uncertain environment.

  • Traffic acquisition and leads generation;
  • Launching of paid promos in social networks (coverage, involvement, followers);
  • Managing Google AdWords campaigns;
  • Working closely with the company’s Sales team (by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and reports);
  • Mentoring and working side-by-side with the designer on the creation of marketing materials (brochures, presentations, infographics);
  • Participation in content planning and newsbreaks process for social networks (Reddit, Facebook, Linkedin, etc.);
  • Monitoring press stories related to the company and maximizing opportunities for positive PR;
  • Regular competitors’ analysis, implementing successful solutions into the marketing strategy.
  • Main responsibilities:
  • Creation, support and development of the company’s marketing strategy;
  • Ensuring that the marketing objectives are implemented by the Marketing team (copywriter, SMM-managers, designer);
  • Building a content maintenance strategy for corporate websites;
  • Monitoring and analysis of the effectiveness of marketing activities, regular reporting and planning;
  • Overseeing and planning the company’s marketing budget.
